Scandinavian-Inspired Chocolate Banana Nice Cream

A scandinavian-inspired take on chocolate banana nice cream, built around dill, mustard, lemon, and pepper.

Ingredients

• 2 cups banana
• 2 cups Greek yogurt, cream, or coconut milk
• 1/3 cup honey or sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Pinch of salt

Directions

1. Blend or whisk the featured ingredient with the creamy base, sweetener, vanilla, lemon, and salt.
2. Chill mixture thoroughly.
3. Freeze in an ice cream maker or popsicle molds.
4. If making no-churn ice cream, stir once or twice during early freezing.
